B2B Indonesia
Platform terms and conditions
Effective 7 October 2026
These terms govern use of b2b.co.id and your B2B Indonesia account. One account covers every module opened for you, including Web Builder and, when available, Omnichannel, Marketplace, and Invoice.
By creating an account, signing in with email and password, or signing in with Google, you confirm that you have read these terms and the platform privacy policy. Product-specific terms on a product portal still apply to that product. If they differ, the more specific product terms govern that product, and these platform terms govern the account, sign-in, and the link between modules.
1. Who is bound
“We” means the operator of the B2B Indonesia platform at b2b.co.id. “You” means the person or organization that creates an account, signs in, or uses the service. If you register for a company, you confirm that you are allowed to bind that company.
Portals that share this account include builder.b2b.co.id (Web Builder) and, when that module is opened to customers, omni.b2b.co.id (Omnichannel), plus the Marketplace and Invoice portals. This page is the parent document on the main domain. Each product’s terms add detail. They do not replace the account rules on this page.
2. One account, one organization, many modules
Email addresses are unique. One email belongs to one user. When the account is first verified, the system creates one organization you own and activates the Web Builder module on that organization.
Later modules do not ask for a second account. When Omnichannel is available and you sign in on the Omni portal with the same email, the system adds the Omnichannel module to the organization you already have. Marketplace and Invoice, when they launch, follow the same pattern: one module row per organization, not a second user.
Registering again with an email that is already verified is rejected. A second account on a different email is a different organization and is not merged automatically. Do not create a separate account only because you want a second module.
You are responsible for the accuracy of your name, email, and phone number, for keeping your password secret, and for activity under your account. Email support if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. Sign in with Google
The Google button on the sign-in page uses Google Identity Services. Google sends an identity token. We read the email address, Google’s statement that the email is verified, the display name, and the Google account identifier (subject). We do not receive or store your Google password.
If that Google email is not registered yet, we create a verified user, because Google has already checked the email, then create the organization and the Web Builder module as with a normal registration.
If that email already has a B2B account, Google sign-in links the Google identifier to the same account. You can still sign in with a password when one is set. If that Google identifier is already linked to a different user, linking is refused.
You can disconnect Google in account settings as long as the account still has a password. Changing the account email clears the Google link, because the email and the Google identifier must keep matching. Disabling the Google account on Google’s side does not delete your B2B data. To delete data, use the rights described in the privacy policy.
4. Modules available now
Web Builder is available: site templates, hosting, an SSL certificate after DNS is verified, and business email according to the package you pay for. Domain registration is a separate product and is offered only while domain purchase is open.
Omnichannel is the CRM and WhatsApp channel product. On production, the Omni portal opens on its launch schedule. Until that portal is live for customers, the Omnichannel clauses on this page are advance notice. Omni’s own terms apply once you actually subscribe.
Marketplace and Invoice appear on the home page as upcoming modules. While they are marked coming soon, the home page creates no service obligation, price, or feature you can order. When a module opens, its product terms will be published on its portal and the same account will be used.
5. Web Builder
Site packages are billed as shown in the catalog at checkout, usually yearly. Renewal follows the purchase date. If a renewal is not paid, hosting and email on that package may be suspended. A domain you bought separately follows that domain’s own term. It does not automatically expire together with hosting.
Site templates are there for you to fill in. You point the domain’s DNS at our infrastructure. SSL is installed after the domain is connected and DNS is verified, not at the moment a new domain name is typed.
Site content, images, and data about visitors to your site are your responsibility. You confirm that you have the rights to what you upload and that the site is not used for fraud, malware, or content forbidden by Indonesian law.
Package details, quotas, and technical limits that change follow the Builder pricing page and the terms on the Builder portal. This page does not restate every quota number.
6. Omnichannel
Omnichannel stores CRM in our database: contacts, notes, pipeline, and other data you enter. An Omni subscription is separate from a website package. One organization can hold both, with two bills.
An official WhatsApp channel uses credentials you install from your own Meta account. Official conversations follow Meta’s rules. We process the CRM data that arrives through that integration according to your package.
An unofficial channel (a device linked with a QR code) is not the official WhatsApp Business API. The session can drop, the device must stay connected, and WhatsApp may restrict the number. That channel must not be used for mass blasts, one-time passwords, or spam.
You are responsible for the legal basis on which you store and contact people you import, including consent where the law requires it.
7. Payment, tax, and invoices
Payment happens on the hosted page of the payment partner we appoint. We store the invoice reference, amount, status, payment time, and the channel the partner reports. We do not store the full card number or your bank OTP.
Catalog prices exclude VAT unless the pricing page says otherwise. VAT is calculated at checkout when it applies. Service invoices are in Indonesian Rupiah.
The payment link lifetime is set by the system (on production this is generally one day). After that, the invoice expires and the service waiting for payment is not activated. A payment the partner confirms as successful activates the product you bought.
Refunds follow the nature of a digital service that has already been provisioned, unless consumer-protection law requires otherwise or we publish a written refund rule for a specific case. Amount disputes are checked against the invoice record and the payment partner callback.
8. Domains, hosting, and email
When domain purchase is open, registration is sent to the registrar. Registrant details you enter may be passed to the registrar and the registry under that TLD’s rules, including address data for Indonesian TLDs. Ownership of the domain name follows the registrant record and the registration term. It does not automatically become property of the platform.
Site hosting and business email run on infrastructure we operate. Quotas follow the package. You look after mailbox contents and do not use platform email for spam.
We may perform maintenance, move a node, or pause service briefly for security. We work to keep paid services available, but this page does not promise a specific uptime percentage beyond what is written in your package.
9. Your content
You keep ownership of content you upload. You give us a limited license to store, display, back up, and process that content only as needed to run the service you pay for.
That license ends when the content is removed from the service, except that backup copies may remain for a limited time until the backup cycle overwrites them. We do not sell your site content or contact lists.
10. Prohibited use
You may not use the platform for crime, fraud, phishing, malware, intellectual-property infringement, speech forbidden by law, or spam. You may not try to enter someone else’s account, probe the system, overload the infrastructure, or misuse the API.
You may not impersonate B2B Indonesia or use our marks as if you were the operator, except for materials we actually provide to customers.
11. Suspension and closure
We may suspend a module or an account if payment fails, if there is abuse, if a court or authority requires it, or if we must stop a security incident. Where we can, we email the account before or shortly after suspension, unless notice would increase the risk.
You may stop using the service. Closing an account does not cancel invoices already due, and it does not automatically cancel a domain name that is still running at the registrar. Data is deleted under the privacy policy and any retention period the law requires.
12. Platform intellectual property
The B2B Indonesia name, dashboard software, built-in templates, and our documentation stay ours or our licensors’. A subscription lets you use the service during its term. It is not a right to resell the platform software or to copy templates into a competing product.
13. Limitation of liability
The service is provided as described in the package you buy. To the extent Indonesian law allows, we are not liable for lost profits, indirect damage, or content you publish yourself.
If we are found liable for an event, compensation is limited to the subscription fees for the related module during the current billing period, unless the law imposes another limit, including in cases of intent or gross negligence.
Third-party services, including Google, the payment partner, the registrar, Meta, and WhatsApp, follow their own terms. An outage on their side can affect sign-in or message delivery and is outside our direct control.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The effective date at the top of the page changes when a new version is published. Using the account after that date means you accept the new version. If a change materially reduces your rights, we email the account address when we still have one that works.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes are first raised by email to support. If that does not resolve them, they are submitted to the competent court in Indonesia.
